We create each bag specifically for you. Production time: 7–10 business days (Mon–Fri). As soon as the bag is ready, we pack it and send it the same day or the next.

If the product is in stock — shipping within 1–3 business days.

Payment

We have 2 payment methods on the site:

• by bank card WayForPay (Visa/MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• if the product is in stock, then payment upon receipt / postpayment upon shipment by Nova Poshta is available (in addition, for the money transfer service, the operator charges 20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount) with a minimum prepayment of 150 UAH (in case of refusal — the prepayment is not refundable, it goes to cover the seller's delivery costs).

Warranty

The bags are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of receipt of the package.

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects, in particular:

• damage to fittings (locks, zippers, buttons);
• seam defects;
• debonding or tearing of materials without external influence.

The warranty does not apply to:

• mechanical damage (scratches, abrasions, cuts);
• traces of improper care or operation;
• damage resulting from excessive load.
