Exchange and Return

Exchange and return are available within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, in accordance with Ukrainian law.

Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta service, and the cost is covered by the customer.

Returns are accepted only if the item shows no signs of use and retains its original appearance. Products must also be returned in the original, undamaged box.
