Return and Exchange
You can return or exchange a product of proper quality purchased from us if it does not suit you in shape, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used as intended, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Return or exchange is possible only if there are no signs of use and the product retains its original appearance. Products must also be returned in the original box, with intact and undamaged tags.
You can return items through the "Easy Return" service when delivered by Nova Poshta within Ukraine. The service is free of charge. If the "Easy Return" service is unavailable, the buyer pays the delivery cost. If you refuse the item at the post office upon receipt, you must pay the delivery cost to you (return delivery is free) if you paid the full price of the item or made an advance payment. Returns of goods sent outside of Ukraine are not possible.

If you refuse the item at the post office upon receipt, be sure to fill out the "Product Return Form" (the form is in the box), and after filling it out, put it in the box. This is necessary for us to refund the money you paid for the product. You do not need to fill out the form if you did not pay the full price of the item or did not make an advance payment. The funds you paid for the product will be returned to your specified bank account from which the payment was made, no later than 7 calendar days after the goods are received by warehouse employees.
