Delivery is carried out by "Nova Poshta". Paid by the recipient. We create each pair especially for you. Production time: 7–14 working days (Mon–Fri). As soon as the pair is ready — we pack it and send it the same day or the next.

If the product is in stock — shipping within 1–3 working days.

If the order consists of several items, we may send it in separate parcels. In this case, we pay for the delivery of the second and subsequent parcels that are part of the order.

Payment

We have 2 payment methods on the site:

• by bank card WayForPay (Visa/MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• if the product is in stock then payment on receipt / postpayment when sent by Nova Poshta is available (additionally for the service of transferring funds the operator charges 20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount) with a minimum prepayment of 150 UAH (in case of refusal — the prepayment is not refunded, it goes to cover the seller's delivery costs).

Returns

You can return the product through the "Easy Return" service when delivered by Nova Poshta within Ukraine. The service is free.

The return or exchange period is carried out within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, subject to the preservation of packaging and товарного appearance. Used goods are not subject to exchange and return.

Warranty

The warranty period for footwear is 30 days from the moment of receiving the parcel and applies to manufacturing defects that arose through our fault. The warranty does not cover defects that arose as a result of improper use of footwear.
